Primary Duties

1. Design Promotional programs, Develop and manage marketing materials. Plan, define, prepare, review and execute marketing communication. Coordinate public relations material and execute press releases for new products/new SW versions, face lifts.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies (Marketing plan, positioning and customer segmentation). Analyze sales statistics to monitor preferences and trends. Oversee scheduling and participation in trade shows and seminars. Follow-up on strategic competition information, clinical and scientific trends in MR.
3. Irregular contact with existing customers via different means, establish reference sites, to get continuous understanding of customer needs which could be turned into market input into product definition.
4. Establish and conduct sales training. Support training external (sales personnel’s) and internal (marketing personals etc.)

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, majored in Medical or Biomedical;
2. Good English level, both reading and speaking;
3. Experience in marketing of medical devices and MRI product know-how;
4. Know-how or marketing process;
5. More than half year worked with international team, better with 1 year or more years' team leading experience

1. Design, deliver and administrate the MRI technical training program of Siemens MRI products, especially for SMMR products;

2. Organize and prepare materials and resources for CSE training course;

3. Professional T-Docs support and editing for new products

5. External: participants of 3rd party service provider for Siemens MR"
6. Design, source, and make training program delivering a high quality training course for world wide CSEs, ensure CSEs can hold overall SMMR products technology.
7. Propose annual training plan after conducting annual training needs assessment and training survey to ensure the technical training development.
8. New product project support by professional knowledge for T-Doc editing and in-house system testing to ensure project time line regularly the MR basic training and related trainings for the company internal newcomer to ensure quick set up MRI basic knowledge.

Primary Duties

1. Identify customer oriented features and develop feature concepts using requirement engineering methods (regular customer visits/interviews, customer workshops, competition analysis) to address our customers' needs and business. Take responsibility of the roadmap in close alignment with the MR headquarters in Erlangen.
2. Develop thorough customer understanding in order to specify the right features at the right price (cost/benefit calculations, feature business plans, BK costs/price book) for the right markets (market analysis) using feature prioritization techniques to assure maximal customer benefit for our products within the economical boundaries (e.g. target costs). Writing the requirement specification (RS) documents for specific MR products.
3. Drive and monitor the required features through the whole product development process and support engineering with clinical/customer feedback. Review functional specifications and participate in project steering group meetings.
4. Support outbound marketing and sales in product introduction and re-launch by attending clinical congresses (booth staff), customer visits and scientific congresses.
5. Establish and maintain industry partnership management.

Requirements

2. At least 3 years experience in inbound marketing of medical devices and MRI product know-how;
3. At least 2 years experience in the field MR radiology and/or MR physics;

4. Evaluation of and solution proposals for customer initiated complaints about insufficient performance or functionality of applications released in a product.
5. Organization and support for Customer Preference Feedback in the scope of development projects.

6. Evaluation of new prototypes (HW or SW) from a customer specific application perspective.
7. Marketing support: Creation of reference image material for new or improved applications, contribution to application training workshops for new systems and/or applications, support for product definition and authoring of specific technical chapters to marketing publications.
8. Support of application specific parts of the user documentation (Adoc). Writing of specific technical chapters describing clinical implementations (see 1.) and validation of application related parts written by other authors from clinical perspective.
9. Submission of patent applications for newly developed application techniques and subsequent authoring of scientific publications (in journals and conference contributions) thereon.

Requirements

2. 2 years of clinical experience in radiological environment, international experience preferred.
